Patience
Patience joined our team in 2022 as an Office Manager and has a strong background in financial customer service.
She and her husband have been married for 26 years and have 3 children. Patience and her husband relocated to the area after retiring from the military. On her free time, she enjoys spending time with her grandbabies or you can find her outdoors camping and hiking.
McKenzie
Meet McKenzie! She is our Financial Coordinator and is here to help with all your financial questions and/or needs. She is dedicated to working closely with you and your insurance company to process your insurance claims and get them paid. She is also expanding her dental knowledge daily so that she is able to answer your questions about your dental needs as well.
McKenzie is Married and has 4 wonderful children. When she is not working in the office she enjoys spending time with her family, quilting and cooking/baking!
Kelly
Kelly Joined our team back in 2010 as a Dental Assistant and has played important roles throughout the years. Kelly can assist you with your treatment plan needs as our Treatment Plan Coordinator. She is experienced in all dental procedures and especially skilled with sedation dentistry and working with implants and dentures. Kelly enjoys building relationships with her patients through sharing her vast dental knowledge. If you have any questions about your Treatment Plan or any insurance questions, she will be happy to assist you.
Kelly lives in Olympia with her husband of 16 years, 3 children and her dog Prince. Kelly loves all activities that include the outdoors and watching her children play sports.
Miranda
Miranda is new to the world of Dental but is very excited to be apart of the Elma Family Dental Team! She can’t wait to help you all with your scheduling needs.
When Miranda isn’t working you can usually find her spending time outdoors with her husband and her daughter fishing, hiking, gardening and/or camping in the summer season. She also enjoys reading, baking and collecting house plants.
Kiana
Kiana is our Insurance Coordinator who had started working with us in 2021 and has a Bachelor’s Degree in Health and Science Administration. She started out working in a doctor’s office and moved her way into Dentistry. In the short amount of time that she has been working in dentistry she is able to learn many new things and obtain a better understanding of the importance with helping people with their teeth, Kiana is also committed to helping our patients with all their insurance needs and questions.
She is Originally from Hawaii but moved to Washington back in 2017 and has loved living here since. When she is not working in the office, Kiana enjoys being a Mother, Wife, Daughter and Friend.
