Stephen K. Edwards, DMD
Dr. Edwards and Dr. Kathie worked together in the Army and formed a strong working relationship. They decided to work together in the private sector after serving their country. Learn more about Dr. Edwards here.
Katherine J. Seibert, DMD
Dr. Kathie Seibert, also fondly known as ‘Dr. Kathie’ to patients and staff,
came to Washington State while serving the military and decided to open her first practice in Shelton in 2004. Learn more about her here.
Ronald Winn, DDS
Dr. Ronald Winn was born and raised in Northern Illinois. After graduating from Aurora University with a Bachelor of Science in Health Science, Dr. Winn attended University of Illinois at Chicago School of Dentistry and graduated in 1989. He was a merit scholar who received “Excellence Award” in Operation Dentistry and Prosthodontics. Dr. Winn’s continuing education courses encompass all aspects of dental care, with a focus on cosmetic dentistry and full mouth reconstruction. He also completed advanced esthetic dentistry training with Horn Brook Center in Chicago.
Dr. Winn arrived in the Pacific Northwest after practicing in Naperville, Aurora, and Chicago. He likes to spend his free time running and listening to music. Dr. Winn and his wife, Monika, reside in Port Orchard with their daughter, Olivia.
Myra is a local girl who joins our team with a customer service background. She is very diligent in her daily duties and learned the dental aspect quickly. She is happy to help you and your family at the front counter, greeting you with a smile and sending you out the door with the same pleasantness. If you have a question, and she doesn’t have the answer; she will find it!
Some of Myra’s favorite activities are spending time with her horse which, she competes in barrel racing and cutting competitions; bow hunting, hiking, and camping (only on sunny days because she doesn’t like to be cold). But Myra most enjoys playing legos and trucks with her step-son Trace.
Kim is our Financial Coordinator and has worked with our sister office, Shelton Dental Center, for years before joining Elma Family Dental. She came to our offices with both dental and marketing experience. She is the person who deals with insurance companies, can help you understand your benefits, and can help you with care credit.
Kim grew up and lives in Olympia with her two little boys and dog. She is very family oriented and loves to laugh. When Kim has free time, she likes to spend it with her boys and family outdoors. She really likes snowboarding, wake-boarding, hiking and loves to be on the water.
Jaque joins our group with prior patient relations experience. She is happy to help you with scheduling your next dental appointment and she will be the person calling to remind you about your dental appointments. Jaque has an 11 year old son who is an avid baseball player.
Amber was a Certified Dental Assistant for 6 years before becoming a Dental Hygienist.Amber graduated with honors from Yakima Valley Community College’s Dental Hygiene program in 2009. Amber was on the Dean’s List over half of the months she attended hygiene school. Amber worked in our other office as both a dental assistant and dental hygienist. She always has a smile on her face. She is quick to joke and make you feel at ease.
Amber and her husband have two beautiful children and live close by. They enjoy outdoor activities like hunting, hiking, and riding quads.
Amanda joined our team right after graduation. She graduated from Grays Harbor College in 2014 with her associates in Pre-Dental Hygiene and completed her Hygiene Degree from Pierce College – Fort Steliacoom in June of 2016.
Amanda enjoys preventative dentistry and will work hard to give you the tools to help you maintain or improve your oral health, all while providing a caring environment to help you be more comfortable.
Amanda has been married for ten years and has a blended family with three step children, a daughter, and one grandchild. She enjoys traveling, snorkeling, outdoor adventures, and sports. You might run into her at the Softball field where her daughter plays ball.
Kelly joined our team 2010 as a Dental Assistant and a few short years later, she was promoted to Office Manager, now she has been promoted to HR Manager and will be working in both of our dental offices. Kelly is experienced in all dental procedures and is especially skilled with sedation dentistry and working with implants and dentures. Kelly enjoys building relationships with her patients through sharing her vast dental knowledge. She is happy to help you and your family with your dental questions.
Kelly lives in Lacey with her husband and three children who play soccer and basketball and loves spending time outdoors with family.
Christy has been with our office since 2012 and has enjoyed being a part of our office. She joined our team after graduating from South Puget Sound Community College with an associate of Applied Science in Dental Assisting. She enjoys all aspects of the dental field and is eager to share her growing knowledge and experiences to educate patients of their treatment needs. Christy is our Office Manager.
Christy was born and raised in Washington state and currently lives in Rochester with her hubby and small farm. Christy enjoys quality time with family and friends, hiking local trails and mountains, snowboarding, cooking/baking, and is working towards getting a horse to add to the farm.
Tessa joined our team in 2014. She graduated from South Puget Sound Community College, with her Associate of Applied Science degree in Dental Assisting early the same year. She loves connecting with patients by showing a bright smile and always displaying her fun-loving, playful personality. Tessa loves dentistry and strives to make sure patients feel confident and comfortable throughout their appointment.
Tessa lives in McCleary with her husband, Corey, their daughter, Taya, and their three dogs. Some of her interests include reading, hiking, watching movies, spending time with family and playing with her doggies.
Melissa was born and raised in Illinois and came to the Harbor in high school. Melissa has been a dental assistant for 13 years with a background of community health & private practice. She says private practice is by far her favorite.
Melissa and her husband have been married for 11 years and have 3 children, and two dogs. Melissa can be found cheering on her kids at the football or baseball field.
Jamie grew up in the Grays Harbor County and came to our Elma office for her externship as part of her Dental Assistant training. She has been working as a Dental Assistant with us since 2017. Her goal is to make her patients feel comfortable during their dental visit.
Jamie loves spending time with her family and her hobbies include camping, horses, and riding quads.

Rochelle is a RDA of 23 years. She is skilled in all area’s of dentistry, especially oral surgery and working with patient’s with disabilities. Rochelle has a happy and positive energy about her which helps patients fell at ease and comfortable. Rochelle is a mother of 2 children with special needs. She is very involved in Special Olympics. She enjoys the outdoors and loves wood working projects.
